Bailin Gongfu (白琳工夫)

Bailin Gongfu is a traditional Fujian black tea and one of the “Three Famous Fujian Reds.” It is known for its fuller body, deeper structure, and steady warmth, offering a grounded expression within the congou tradition.

Origin & Background

Bailin Gongfu originates from Bailin Town in Fuding, Fujian Province. Historically, the region has been an important center for the production and refinement of artisan black teas, contributing significantly to the development of congou craftsmanship.

Processing & Oxidation

Produced using traditional congou techniques, Bailin Gongfu undergoes careful withering, rolling, and full oxidation. Compared to other Fujian congou styles, it emphasizes body and depth alongside aromatic clarity.
